Samuel Liebman
is a licensed architect with over 35 years of experience. Prior to
starting this firm he was a partner at Liebman, Hurwitz & Associates
Architects & Planners, established in 1972. Mr. Liebman was
responsible for the production of projects totaling over 450 million
dollars in construction cost. Many of his projects have been published in
major professional journals, and his construction innovations are
illustrated in several works on contemporary architecture. Mr. Liebman is
personally involved in reviewing the construction documents and monitoring
the construction phase of each project. Some of the projects will require
the use of separate prime contractors and construction managers.
