Sullivan County Courthouse - Monticello, NY
This project consists of exterior stonework and roof renovations to the "Lawrence H. Cook Sullivan County Courthouse." The metal-clad dome roof and built-in gutters were resurfaced and waterproofed. All stonework was cleaned and repaired, and replaced where required. All work was performed while court was in session, requiring careful scheduling of work to owners requirements. 

MUNICIPAL BUILDING - Walden, NY
A 35,000 Sq. Ft. Renovation of a turn of the century building. Contains town offices, court facilities, a library and the local police station.

TOWN HALL - Blooming Grove, NY
A 22,000 Sq. Ft. Town offices and court facilities building.
