Sullivan County College - Loch Sheldrake, NY
Liebman Associates performed Owner's Representative services for Sullivan County and SUNY for the reconstruction of the entire college during the installation of new geothermal heating and cooling systems. The reconstruction included removal of asbestos materials, roofs, and the installation of new ceilings, lighting and energy management systems throughout all eight buildings.
